vi: "Tmp file too large"

vi on Solaris systems can only edit files up to 134,184,960 bytes. An explanation of this limitation is available here.

To edit files larger than this size, install vim from source or from a package available at Sunfreeware. If installing by Sunfreeware package, you must also install the glib and gtk+ Sunfreeware packages.
